On Saturday the 13th of July, we held our first ever class, “Get To Know Your Brisket”. This class was designed to give our participants the knowledge and skill to cook awesome brisket for their friends and family. We went through everything from where the brisket comes from, selecting, trimming, seasoning and cooking. Our mission for the day was to start building a community of people who appreciate and love the art of Low and Slow BBQ. We want there to be open and honest conversation and people to be able to look to us for help. Our mission is to bring joy to people through BBQ and good food, and if we can help people along the way our job has been done well! We will be holding more classes in the future, keep an eye.
